Our Mission & Team

Our Vision

To see every birthing person receive the care they deserve. To see every birthing
person experience a healthy pregnancy and have the birth they desire.

Baby's Grasp

Mission

At Mama Care Consulting, Every Mama, Every Baby Counts!
Maternal Morbidity and Mortality rates remain abysmal in our nation, and especially
among black birthing persons. Our nation continues to have the worst maternity
outcomes among other high-income nations. The lack of obstetric providers continues
to add to this problem.

With many maternity wards shutting their doors, our birthing
people are left with little to no choice. The few maternity wards that are left standing are
inundated with the huge burden of caring for a large number of
pregnant/birthing/postpartum women. The OB providers are overwhelmed by the
growing demand for OB providers and the dwindling supply of OB providers. The
traditional office visits are becoming shorter and shorter as these providers are forced to
see more and more patients in the attempt to cover the enormous need.

Our mission is to improve Maternal Morbidity and Mortality outcomes by providing
exceptional care to every person that walks through our doors. We strive to improve
Maternal Morbidity and Mortality by providing equitable care while bridging the gap in
services community.
